About the product : Hilopites, one of the most popular traditional Greek pasta, are one of our favorite dishes. You can enjoy them in classic recipes but also experiment with new combinations.
Ingredients : Durum wheat semolina, fresh pasteurized milk and fresh pasteurized egg. Possibly contains traces of celery.
Keep in a dry and cool place.
Oven recipe : (for 6 servings) 2 litres of water, 500 g noodles, 50 g butter, salt and pepper.
Preparation : Put the baking tray in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes. Once all the water is absorbed, the dish is ready.
