Ingredients : Durum wheat semolina, fresh pasteurized milk and fresh pasteurized egg. Possibly contains traces of celery.
Keep in a dry and cool place.
Recipe : (couscous with vegetables): 3 cups of couscous, ½ cup of oil, 250 g mushrooms, 1 cup of sliced peppers, 1 cup of canned tomatoes, ½ bunch of chopped parsley, 2 onions, 4-5 sun-dried tomatoes, salt and pepper, 7 cups of boiling water.
Preparation : Add the coarsely chopped mushrooms, the peppers and after a while the tomatoes. Let them cook for a while to release all the liquid. Add the parsley, salt, pepper and sun-dried tomatoes. Once they boil a little, add the boiling water and couscous and turn off the heat, stirring to prevent sticking. Pour the contents of the pot into a baking pan and bake for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. Leave in the switched off oven for about half an hour and serve.
