Instructions: Start by defrosting the octopus in the refrigerator or at room temperature and cook in low water and low heat for about 40 minutes.
Cut the octopus into pieces (remove the stinger and eyes) and reserve some of the cooking water.
Tip: (The average cooking time is 15/20 minutes per kg or until it is tender when pricking with a fork).
Note: The octopus does not come packed in a plastic container as shown in the picture. It comes packed by the manufacturer as whole, wrapped plastic foil.
