The new Choriatiki (village style) handmade square pies that give 16 pieces each, are made in Thessaloniki, a very famous hotspot for Greek pies and bougatsa and they really do pay their respects to the fame of the region!
The phyllo is opened by hands in professional production facilities with the highest standards of quality and hygiene and the ingredients are of premium quality.

We are happy to present you a new line of handmade pies and other baked goods that are all made for Bakaliko with the quality standards and baking methods that we choose together with bakers that have been in the profession for more than 40 years.
How to bake: Remove from packaging (no need to defreeze) and place them in the oven on a baking sheet. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes at 180 degrees celsius with the top and bottom oven resistances. In the middle of the baking duration get a knife and slightly mark the phyllo where the existing lines are so that the air pockets come out. Bake until golden brown, leave it to rest for 5mins and serve!
