Mix 59%: Crust 32% [Wheat flour (gluten), water, cornstarch, salt], yogurt (skim cow's milk, human milk, milk protein, yogurt culture), sugar, pasteurized egg, cottonseed oil, orange zest 3% (orange peel in granules), bakery leavening agent (sodium pyrophosphate bicarbonate, bicarbonate of soda, corn starch), orange essential oil 0,1%, flavouring: vanillin. Syrup 41%: sugar, water, glucose, flavouring: vanillin. Produced in a factory using mustard, sesame, nuts, pistachio, soy products, celery.
Baked straight from the freezer. No need to defrost!
Preheat oven to 180°C, fan oven.
Remove the lid of the package and place the cake, with its own paper tray, on the lowest shelf of the oven.
Bake for about 40-45min (depending on oven output).
Check to see if it is cooked by piercing the centre of the product with a thin knife, all the way to the bottom of the baking tray. If the knife comes out clean, then it's done. If there is a residue of the mixture then extend the baking time.
Once you take the cake out of the oven, pour the syrup over the hot cake. Use a knife to scrape the cake off the sides to draw out all the syrup, then serve.
For best results, let the syrup sit for an hour before serving. Dip the envelope with the syrup (unopened) into boiling water and leave it until the contents of the envelope become liquid. Cut the envelope and coat the dessert.
